1.  Where can I change my opt-in status for SMS notifications?

To receive SMS notifications, go to your profile settings, navigate to the “Contact” section, and update your opt-in preferences.

 

2. Who do I contact if I see issues with my profile?

If you notice any errors or missing details in your profile, please contact techsupport@castingcallswithHBG.com or create a ticket here. 

 

3. Has the way I update my profile changed?

This is a new platform, so updating your profile will be a different experience.

Make sure your profile is complete and up to date on the Talent/Booking Portal. You can update your photos, skills, props, vehicle info, (etc..) and contact details by navigating to the profile page.

 

4. Can I still access my past bookings, submissions, or messages?

If you have received notice from HBG Casting that your data is being migrated into the new casting platform, any of your past bookings, submissions, or messages from your previous system won’t be available in the new platform. For those records, please contact us directly at HBGCasting@gmail.com and include Your Full Name/The Name of the Show/Date you Worked
