Can't See Roles!

Can't See Roles when you Log in?

This could mean one of two things:

ONE:

We have no roles that match your stats at the moment. 

Roles which you match will appear automatically.

When roles match your type and stats, they will be visible to you. 

No more frustration sifting through roles that are not a match! 

We don't want to waste your time or ours. 

When a role is Right for you, you will see it and be able to apply! 

Kind of like how casting networks, backstage, or actors access works with only sending matching roles.

TWO, Your Profile is Incomplete:

This may mean we included Updated Required Stats. 

REQUIRED STATS ARE IN RED

If your Stats are Truly Complete, go to https://hbgcasting.app/talent/ 

-Click "I want to Work" on the Show Title; "TEST/If you Can See The Role/Your Stats are Complete". 

Then click on the show to see the Role Called "TEST ROLE," which you can mark as available or not available.

-If you Can See the Role called "TEST ROLE", Your Profile is Complete.

• Log in 

• Go to My Stats in the menu
• Click Through Each Category
• Make sure you have all required questions and stats are complete
• You should be immediately directed to the Available Projects page (listed as Open Roles in the menu in the upper left corner). 
• Click I want to work so it is Green.
• If you are taken to the My Stats page instead, it is because some of the required fields have been left blank in your profile.
• To view the available roles for a project posted, click "I Want To Work" next to the project you are interested in.

Again, if there are NO OPEN ROLES, we have no roles that match your stats at the moment.
