Can’t See Roles When You Log In?

If you are stuck on the Stats page, your profile is incomplete. 

This usually means one of two things:

ONE: Your Profile Has Incomplete Stats

If required stats are incomplete, you may be redirected to My Stats instead of seeing roles.

How to Check:

    1.    Log in to your account

    2.    Go to My Stats in the menu

    3.    Review each stat section

What to Look For:

    •    Red = Incomplete required stats

    •    Green = Complete

Stats now autosave as you update them.

Once all required sections are complete and showing green, matching roles will appear automatically in Open Roles.

If new required stats are added in the future, incomplete sections will appear in red until updated.

TWO: No Roles Match Your Stats Right Now

We may not have any current roles that match your look, type, or stats.

Good news: Matching roles appear automatically when available.

When a role is the right fit for your profile, you’ll see it in Open Roles and can apply right away.

This helps everyone by showing you roles that actually match your profile — no wasted time scrolling through those that don’t.
