Cannot See Roles

If you have a profile but no roles are available, it means one of two things:

We don't have any roles posted that match your type right now, or we are in between projects.

OR Perhaps you are missing stats:

Are all your stats filled in?

If required stats are incomplete, you may be redirected to My Stats instead of seeing roles.

How to Check:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to My Stats in the menu

3. Review each stat section

What to Look For:

• Red = Incomplete required stats

• Green = Complete

Stats now autosave as you update them.

Once all required sections are complete and showing green, matching roles will appear automatically in Open Roles.

If new required stats are added in the future, incomplete sections will appear in red until updated.
