Once you’re booked, showing up like a pro makes all the difference. Here’s what to do:
✔️ Be on Time
Arrive at least 15 minutes early — being late delays the whole production.
Know the Location
Check your booking email and plan ahead to avoid last-minute stress.
Missing info?
Email HBGCasting@gmail.com before your work day. BUT, remember, do not Expect the Call Time or Exact Location until 8 to 12 hours prior to your workdate.
Bring What’s Requested
If wardrobe is listed, bring everything — don’t leave anything out.
Be Clean & Camera-Ready
Shower, groom, and keep your look natural unless instructed otherwise.
No Perfume or Scented Oils
It might smell great to you — but on set, it can be overwhelming for others. Stay scent-free.
Be Respectful On Set
Keep phones away when not allowed, follow direction, and bring great energy.
