How to Update Your Stats & Photos

Keeping your profile current helps HBG Casting match you with the right roles. Directors often review profiles before making selections, so an up-to-date profile gives you the best chance of being considered.

Step 1: Go to My Stats

Log in and visit:

https://hbgcasting.app/talent/stats/

Or, after logging in, select My Stats from the menu.

Step 2: Review Every Category

Go through every section of your profile and make sure your information is current.

Update anything that has changed, including:

• Contact Information
• Basic Information
• Sizes
• Appearance
• Hair & Facial Hair
• Union Status
• Skills & Special Abilities
• Vehicles
• Child Permit Information (if applicable)
• Any other sections in your profile

Your changes are saved automatically as you update them.

Step 3: Upload Great Photos

Photos are one of the most important parts of your profile.

We recommend having at least four current photos, including:

• A clear smiling headshot
• A neutral headshot
• A full-body photo
• An additional recent photo that accurately represents your current look

Please Do NOT Upload:

• Photos with filters
• Sunglasses
• Hats (unless medically required)
• Heavy editing or airbrushing
• Outdated photos that no longer look like you
• Group photos
• Dark or blurry images

Your photos should accurately show:

• Current hairstyle
• Current hair color
• Current facial hair
• Current weight and appearance

Step 4: Keep Your Measurements Current

Please update your profile anytime something changes, including:

• Height
• Weight
• Clothing sizes
• Shoe size
• Hair color or style
• Facial hair
• Tattoos or piercings
• Vehicle information

Even small changes can affect casting.

Step 5: Check for Green Status

Required sections should display as Complete (Green).

If any required section is incomplete, it will appear in Red.

An incomplete profile may prevent you from viewing or submitting for available roles.

How Often Should I Update My Profile?

We recommend reviewing your profile:

• Every few months
• Whenever your appearance changes
• Whenever your sizes change
• Before submitting for a new project
