If I’m hired to be an background actor and I have to Cancel what do I do?

Emergencies happen. We understand, of course! 

If you are lost or sick, please text our office at any time of day or night. 

We need time to find someone to replace you!

Passing Does NOT Cancel a Booking

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

Clicking “Pass” on a production does NOT cancel your booking.

If you’re booked and need to cancel:

Email HBGCasting@gmail.com immediately.

Be sure to include:

•  Your Name
• Show Name
• Booking Date

Do not rely on the talent portal to cancel.

No-Shows = Not considered for 6 months

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) = Not considered for 3 months

✅ Use “Pass” only before you are booked and only if you truly don’t want to be considered for any roles in that production.
