Please follow the steps below.
IMPORTANT
You never need to create a new account.
If the system takes you to a page that says “Create a New Account,” follow these steps:
STEP 1: GO BACK TO THE LOGIN PAGE
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Look for “Wrong number?”
Click “Go Back.”
Enter the phone number connected to your account.
Click “Continue.”
If you are still unable to log in, clear your browser cache using the instructions below.
CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE
Clearing your cache removes old saved information that may be causing the login problem.
After clearing your cache, close the browser completely, reopen it, and try logging in again.
GOOGLE CHROME — WINDOWS
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Click “Delete browsing data.”
Select “Cached images and files.”
Click “Delete data.”
Close Chrome completely.
Reopen Chrome and try logging in again.
GOOGLE CHROME — MAC
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Click “Delete browsing data.”
Select “Cached images and files.”
Click “Delete data.”
Close Chrome completely.
Reopen Chrome and try logging in again.
SAFARI — MAC
Open Safari.
Click “Safari” in the menu at the top of your screen.
Click “Settings.”
Click the “Privacy” tab.
Click “Manage Website Data.”
Click “Remove All.”
Close Safari completely.
Reopen Safari and try logging in again.
MICROSOFT EDGE
Open Microsoft Edge.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Privacy, search, and services.”
Under “Clear browsing data,” click “Choose what to clear.”
Select “Cached images and files.”
Click “Clear now.”
Close Edge completely.
Reopen Edge and try logging in again.
