- When we have put you on the Selects List or "First Avail" for a Role, it means you have been chosen for the role BUT we are awaiting the Green Light to officially Book you for the role.
- It is a Request to Hold the Date for HBG Casting for that Role on That Date.
- You are expected to give us the courtesy of letting us know if any date conflicts arise so we can give the production a heads up so that we can book you as you were most likely director picked!
- You can always reach out directly to HBGCasting@gmail.com with Production Title/Workdate/Your Role/Full Name with your Question.
- If the production schedule changes or there are creative shifts for that role or date, we will let you know ASAP.
- Once you accept the first Avail/On the Selects List request, A Reminder will appear here; https://hbgcasting.app/talent/request/
- Once we Receive the "Green Light" from production to book you, we will send you an official booking alert for that date and role for you to accept.
