Availability — Submitting & Editing

❗VERY IMPORTANT:

Do NOT “Pass” on a production just because the listed dates don’t work for you.

? Dates change often! Only pass if you truly don’t want to be considered for that movie. 

But do not Pass due to availability. This removes you from consideration for later Dates. 

✅ You can mark yourself as “Unavailable” for specific dates you know you can’t work.

This helps us avoid reaching out unnecessarily for that role.

?️ We update roles daily, so check back often!

To submit your availability:

    1.    Log in at hbgcasting.app/talent

    2.    If you land on the Stats page, complete all required info to unlock Open Roles

    3.    Go to the Open Roles page and click “I Want To Work”

    4.    Read the role details

    5.    Mark yourself as “Available” or “Unavailable”

? If available, we may reach out to book you

To edit your availability:

    1.    Log in again

    2.    Go to the role you want to update

    3.    Change your status to “Unavailable” if your plans change
