I RECEIVED AN AVAILABILITY CHECK — HOW DO I MAKE SURE I RESPONDED CORRECTLY?

When you receive an Availability Check by text or email, click your response in the message. This will take you back to the HBG Casting site.

iPhone users: You should receive a pop-up on the site showing the availability check.

If you do NOT receive the pop-up, you can easily check your response directly on the site:

1. Find the PROJECT the availability check is for.
2. Click VIEW ROLES.
3. Find the ROLE/DATE you were contacted about.
4. Make sure you have marked yourself correctly as AVAILABLE or UNAVAILABLE.
5. If it is incorrect, simply click the correct response.

✅ Always double-check that your availability is marked correctly on the site.
